Spread the Love

Well. It’s been a journey since my post on Twin Flames and False Flames back in 2020. For the last five years, I have been at university having completed BA in creaite writing and currently in my final semester of a MA in creative writing at UWTSD Lampeter and Carmarthen campus. It’s been an incredible, life altering five years – especially when it comes to the subject of twin flames.

When I first wrote about twin flames, there was so little to go on. The world new about soul mates but not really about twin flames. At the time, I dropped the subject myself as I only had, what I learnt soon after 2019, was a false flame experience [see Twin Flame Experience?].

Then, one intense cord cutting ritual for the false flame, and one global pandemic and national lockdown induced decision to start university later, I found myself living in a completely different reality and literally dreaming of my twin flame. It was nothing like my false flame.

With my false flame, there was a deep sense of love but no connection whatsoever to them. With my twin flame, there was an immediate sense of knowing he was the one – even though I didn’t know who he was in reality. I knew I loved him. I knew he was the one. I knew he was who I had been searching for my entire life but I still didn’t know if he was actually in the physical world. Then, another curveball from the universe and I fell down the rabbit hold of K-Pop. Somehow that led to me watching a music competition show and there he was – the man I had dreamt of four months before.

Even in Twin Flames and False Flames, what I had learnt in that short space of time was simply the beginning. I’d written that it’s highly likely that someone will come across the false flame long before finding the true twin flame as, like with soul mates, the false flame will teach you a great deal about yourself. Your fears, your flaws, and all the things you dislike about yourself, or try to ignore.”

When I wrote that, I hadn’t anticipated what was to come next. It is most definitely true that some, if not all, twin flames, will have a false flame encounter first to prepare them for their twin flame. If not my false flame and the experiences I had from that connection, I would never have coped with what my twin flame brought in.

Intense telepathy, lucid dreams, spontaneous astral projection to him, expanding psychic abilities, and so much more. Then there was also the extreme dark nights of the soul – yes, plural – that took me so far from who I used to be.

I also wrote that “[a] twin flame is that person that when you meet them and catch their gaze, you realise you’re looking at someone who’s soul mirrors your own. The world falls away and time stops. Nothing else matters but the bond between yourself and this stranger who has your heart racing and pulsing as an overwhelming force of magnetisms tugs at your essence, pulling you closer to this new person.

Damn. The me then had no idea what she was in for one year later having found myself travelling 9000 miles from home and briefly crossing paths with him. Ironically, I struggled to find the words to describe how it had felt after that moment – even though I had written it before it happened.

If You Want To Know…Just Ask! – twin flame memoir by LJ Bremer

In reality, there’s too much with my twin flame experience to condense into one succinct blog post. Even briefly broaching the subject led to me writing a memoir about my twin flame experience [If You Want To Know…Just Ask! available here], creating music from poems about it, and to starting a new series Entangled by Fate: Twin Flame Talk [coming soon] on my YouTube channel. Who knows what might come next?

All I know is I am excited to graduate from my university course later this year and dive totally into the next book of my life – and see where the journey with my twin flame takes me, and get back to writing here too. In the meantime, feel free to check out content on my YouTube channel: @LJBremer233 .
